There was a more interesting sign for the reservation on the other side of the road. Note the " very high" fire danger sign in the background.

A few miles into the reservation, there was a beautiful blue lake just off the highway. This was just a small section people were fishing in the other part.

When I rode through the small reservation town of McNary, SR 260 was signed as White Mountain Scenic Road.
