Capitan Photos, Part II

I ate dinner at the Smokey Bear Restaurant, but I got up too late for breakfast.

Here is a better view of the painting on the wall above.

I visited Smokey Bear Historical Park, which included a museum as well as Smokey's grave.

The newer museum building featured exhibits about Smokey and forest fire prevention.

This statue of Smokey was inside the museum.

A few classic Smokey signs were placed along the path leading to Smokey's grave.

Here is another Smokey sign. It is interesting to note that Walt Disney licensed the Forest Service to use Bambi before the Smokey character was created.
